The Math Blaster Intergalactic Space Station is full of adventure and discovery. With all the places to explore and games to play it is pretty common for even the most skilled of Blasters to need a helping hand in navigating the game from time to time. That is where the toolbar comes in handy! From customizing your Blaster and unlocking achievements to making new friends and discovering new challenges, the toolbar is your go-to gizmo for all those galactic missions. Here is everything you need to know about the toolbar to get you started on your journey as a Math Blaster Cadet!
Your Math Blaster toolbar is located on the bottom of your screen. You can hover over the icons to find out what they do.
Starting with the B-pad on the far right of the toolbar. This is where you will be able to view your Messages, Game Options, Rank, Achievements, Star Status and Hunts.
Messages – Find messages from Math Blaster and your Blaster B.F.F.s here!
Options – You can choose how you play through the game. Here, you’ll find the options to edit your screen mode and also switch on or off the “display names” feature for when you’re exploring the game.
Rank – Moving up the Ranks unlocks cool gadgets so you’ll want to know your current status and the number of Merits you need to progress to the next level. Remember that you’ll need to continue to play games to earn Merits – the higher your score, the more Merits you earn!
Re-name Your Blaster – Not quite satisfied with your name? Then change it! You can re-name your Blaster at any time, using this feature.
Achievements - Think you have what it takes to move up in Rank? Let this section help you climb that ladder by tracking your progress in the game. You can view your rewards or make new goals for yourself here to help you earn more Merits to move up in Rank. What can you achieve next?
Star Status – You earn stars by being a friendly Cadet! View your status here and figure out how many points you will need until you reach your next star level.
Hunts – During special times of the year, you’ll find special scavenger hunt challenges here. Keep checking for updates on the latest hunt!
If you’ve already adopted your own Monster Mutt companion, then the Send Home or Call Back button will prove handy. Send your Mutt back to its space pod to rest or easily call your pet back with this toolbar button.
The Modulator icon gives you the freedom to change your Blaster’s look at any time and at any point of the game. With a large selection of customizations, you can choose a look that best fits your mood!
Making new friends is so easy with your B.F.F. List! It shows you who of your friends are online as well as any new friend requests that you might have recieved. Your B.F.F code is also displayed here so you can easily connect with real world friends while in-game.
The About Me icon will pull up your public profile in the game! Take the time to customize your info and check out your messages, challenge requests and other notifications that you might have received from your B.F.F.s!
Stay connected with your B.F.F.s , using the chat features located in the middle of the toolbar. Bring up the chat panel with the Log button to get started. You can even learn to embrace your emotions with our exciting Emoticon selection or get silly with the Actions feature.
Your Ride can be accessed through the toolbar as well, but you’ll need to unlock it by moving up the ranks. Travel around the ISP Space Port in style with this gadget instead of just walking.
The Quick Launch option can let you view all the games on Math Blaster for quicker access. Stay on top of what is new and what games have made it to the top play list. Choose the game you would like to play and, just like that, you’ll start loading into your chosen game.
Have you missed a spot while exploring Math Blaster? You can double check with the toolbar’s Map icon and discover all of what the ISP Space Port has to offer. Simply select an area and warp to that destination in a flash. Saves time on travel while creating more time for fun!
And, if you’ve been busy in the Chem Lab, you might the Morph Madness panel on the far left of your toolbar. Click on the button to bring up your current the morph selection.. Select a morph, click on your fellow Blasters in the room, and let the madness ensue. Sit back and laugh while you watch them transform into a temporary, silly monster.
This extra bit of toolbar knowledge will reward you with lots of entertainment, so buckle up for blast off Cadets and enjoy exploring Math Blaster’s Intergalactic Space Station.
