Max’s Fitness Training Exercise Routine

Whenever things get quiet here at the I.S.P., we like to head to the Fitness Training for a good workout! There are a lot of activities inside here that really help us Blasters stay healthy in the I.S.P. To make the most of Fitness Training, I came up with this routine to kick-off your daily Math Blaster adventures! We asked this Blaster to take on my daily exercise routine to help prepare her for Alien Wrangler, her favorite game! Read on to see her results!

Greetings Blasters! We start off our workout by warming up our legs with some jumping! Along the side of Fitness Training are floating platforms that you can leap across. Doing this first helps us stretch out our legs and improve our hand-eye coordination skills. Be patient with this exercise! It takes some time to be able to jump across all these platforms well. Also, do not worry if you miss a platform. The water underneath Fitness Training allows you to swim safely back to the center!

Phew! I can already feel the burn in my calves! Next up, I like to strengthen my arms with a bit of rock climbing. Just hop directly onto the Rock Climbing wall to start climbing and use the arrow keys to move around. Watch out! There are a lot of twists and turns on this wall, so make sure to prepare your movements. This skill will help you so much once you head back to the Math Academy and play games like HyperBlast!

Climbing up the Rock Wall Challenge takes a lot of energy out of you! This is when I bring my workout to a cool down. Bring your workout to a close by swimming a couple laps around the bottom of Fitness Training.

That swim sure was calming! Now I put my workout to the test with one of the most intense games in the Math Academy: Alien Wrangler! This game uses all the components of your workout in one: strong arms, preparation, and some stellar hand-eye coordination to tame these wild Aliens! It wore me out at first, but Max’s warm-ups really helped! I am ready to take on any Alien that makes its way into the I.S.P no matter how giant they might be!
